The Aluminum tubing is always made to order, however in order to simplify your display I recommend staying as close to the Standard Tube Lengths (See Below) as possible.

Other recommendations to keep in mind when designing you display:

  • Use as few different length tubes as possible.
  • Tubing lengths under 5" tend to be difficult to disassemble due to their short length
  • If you will be flying with this display, will the longest tube length fit in your carrying case.
  • Clear Acrylic should be 1/4" thick if  horizontal, 1/8" acrylic works well for vertical installations.
  • SAR II (Scratch & Abrasion Resistant) Acrylic is highly recommended because it is light and wears extremely well.
  • Use graph paper to do the initial display design.
    • Draw a top view
    • Draw a side view

Once you have considered all of the above feel free to call on me to review your design and develop a component count.
